Valid for ten years and renewable for another ten, it simplifies entry and residency for individuals and entrepreneurs.

Golden Visa Key Benefits

Extended Residency Privilege
Golden residence visas are valid for up to ten years, compared to UAE resident visas, which must be renewed every two to three years.
Self-Sponsored Employment
Golden Visa holders can reside, work, and pursue education in the UAE without needing individual sponsorship.
Unlike regular residence visas, they can stay in the country for an extended period without the need for employment.
Travel Convenience
Golden Visa holders can travel in and out of the UAE without applying for a separate visa each time, with no time limit for re-entry to keep the visa active.
Family Sponsorship
Family members, including parents, spouses, and children, can also obtain 10-year Golden Visas. If the primary holder passes away, dependents can remain in the UAE until their visas expire.
Golden Visa holders can sponsor an unlimited number of domestic helpers and their family members.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the passport.
  • The trade license with the partners appendix.
  • The financial report of the establishment or a number of establishments for the last year.
  • A certificate from the free zone that includes all the investor's financial data.
  • A bank statement of the establishment for the last (6) six months.
  • The registration document from the Federal Tax Authority, and that the company’s transactions are not less than 100,000 annually.
  • Ownership of the property (if any).
  • A high-quality applicant digital photo that matches the ICP specifications(Note: Please find the personal photo guidelines to be followed set by Federal Authority for Identity Citizenship, Customs & Port Security Click here..)
  • Applicants from the following countries Must Bring their National ID
    (IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN).

Golden Visa Eligibility Terms and Conditions

For An Investor in an Investment Fund

An investor in an investment fund is granted a Golden Visa for a period of (10) years without a sponsor if one of the following conditions is met:
  • Submission of a letter from an investment fund accredited in the UAE stating that there is a deposit of AED (2) Two Million.
  • Or submission of a valid commercial license or industrial license with investor’s Memorandum of Association of his/her company provided that the investor capital is not less than AED (2) Two Million.
  • Applications by the submission of other types of licenses are not accepted, only commercial or industrial licenses are approved.
  • In case the license is issued from free zones or special development zones, a “To Whom It May Concern Certificate” issued from the relevant free zone authorities is required.
  • Conditions for granting a Golden Visa to family members of an investor:

    The family members of the investor stated in the Cabinet Resolution (husband or wife and children from the category of unmarried daughters and unmarried sons) are granted a Golden Visa for a period of (10) years.

Senior Employees of an Investor in Public Investments

The executive director or the advisor appointed by an investor in public investments is granted a Golden Visa for a period of (10) years without a sponsor and for one person only, according to the following conditions:
  • Submission of a letter from the Investor in public investments stating that the executive director or the advisor has been appointed for a period of (10) years.
  • Conditions for granting a Golden Visa to family members of an Executive Director or an Advisor:The family members of the Senior Employee of the Investor in Public Investments stated in the Cabinet Resolution (husband or wife and children from the category of unmarried daughters and unmarried sons) are granted a Golden Visa for a period of (10) years.
